I really love adding guided tours to my trips. Guided tours are a great way to experience a place.<\/p>\n

A guided tour is one of my favorite ways <\/strong> to upgrade the travel experience and discover sides of a place I wouldn’t have found on my own.<\/p>\n

With a guide you can experience things and discover information you’d never know if you were ‘just’ walking around the city. For example, after 8 years of living in Haifa, I joined a food tour of Wadi Nisnas<\/a>, and discovered several small shops and lovely business owners I’d never come across, even though I visit Wadi Nisnas at least once a month to buy fruit and vegetables at the market.<\/p>\n

There’s a wide range of tours all over Israel.
Even the concept of ‘free’ tours<\/a> has started to catch on in Israel, and in many cities you’ll find free tours where it’s customary to tip the guide at the end.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
