These Terms of Use apply equally to all users, regardless of gender.
1. General
1.1 The “Check In/Out” website (the “Site”) is a content site about trip planning and recommendations, with a store for digital and physical products and a portal of tourism service providers. Browsing and using the Site constitute the user’s agreement to all the terms set out in these Terms. 1.2 The Site’s management may update the Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice, and users are asked to review the terms before using the Site again.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All intellectual property rights in the Site, including design, text, images, code, files and any other content, belong to “Check In/Out” unless otherwise stated. 2.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use content from the Site without prior written permission from the Site’s manager.
3. Site Content
3.1 The Site provides informational content, including guides, articles, personal recommendations, affiliate marketing content, sponsored posts and reviews of products or services. 3.2 The Site’s availability is not guaranteed at all times, and technical faults or downtime may occur. No compensation will be given for such downtime. 3.3 Links to external sites are provided for the user’s convenience only and should not be considered a recommendation of, or responsibility for, the quality of the service or information on those sites. 3.4 The information on the Site is a recommendation only and is provided as a public service. Any use of the information is at the user’s sole responsibility.
4. Service Provider Portal
4.1 The Site includes a portal of service providers (tour guides, itinerary planners, hotels, transport companies and more). Each listing in the portal is managed under the sole responsibility of the service provider. 4.2 The Site’s management is not responsible for the content of the listings, the accuracy of the information, the quality of the services or the business relationship between the user and the service providers.
5. The Digital and Physical Store
5.1 The Site’s store includes digital products (such as guides, maps and downloadable files) and physical products. 5.2 There are no returns or cancellations for purchases of digital products, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. 5.3 For physical products, returns or exchanges may be made in accordance with the law within 14 business days of receiving the product, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. 5.4 Prices on the Site include VAT unless otherwise stated. 5.5 Delivery times for physical products are up to 7 business days, according to the schedules of the external courier companies we work with. 5.6 The Site reserves the right to change prices or product details, or to stop selling a product, at any time. 5.7 For any question or problem regarding an order, you can contact us via the contact page or by WhatsApp at +972-55-318-8423.
6. User Management and Privacy
6.1 The Site’s management may block users, at its sole discretion, in the case of activity deemed offensive, illegal or harmful. 6.2 The Site uses cookies to analyze browsing data and improve the user experience. This information is stored anonymously, except for registered users. 6.3 Information collected by the Site will not be passed on to third parties unless required by law.
7. Affiliate Marketing and Sponsored Content
7.1 Some links on the Site are affiliate links, and the Site may earn a commission on purchases made through them. Using these links does not cost the user anything extra. 7.2 Sponsored posts or paid reviews will appear on the Site only if they meet the standards and personal judgment of Shir-Yam, the Site’s manager. There is no commitment to publish commercial content that has not been screened.
